Finance Committee

The Finance Committee shall act as an advisory body to the Governing Body, to consider:

Developing and approving the annual budget for the college, including revenue projections, expenditure allocations, and funding priorities.

Formulating long-term financial plans and strategies to support the college's mission and objectives.

Establishing and reviewing financial policies and procedures to ensure transparency, accountability, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Allocating financial resources to different departments and programs based on their needs and priorities.

Reviewing financial statements, reports, and audits to monitor the college's financial performance and make informed decisions.

Identifying and managing financial risks, such as investment risks, liquidity risks, and compliance risks.
